The mid of the Air Jordan 4 Red Thunder GS sneaker is broken up by a fabric mesh panelling revealing a vivid section of red. The bright red is repeated for the extra-large eyestay accessories, shown at the top and bottom of the eyelet panel, as well as for the chunky mudguard and midsole, which also includes a visible Air Unit.
